The Woodworks Company manufactures standard and custom handrails in any
species and size requested, including two-tone and mixed species rails.

Our exterior rail profiles are manufactured in your choice of Genuine Mahogany or
Spanish Cedar, and range from simple 3-1/2” wide designs to 10” wide Portico rail
with matching bottom rail. Both interior and exterior rails are designed to accept
balusters ranging from 1-1/2” – 8”

We can replicate any profile of existing handrail rail from either a sample or drawings
provided to us.

Finials are normally used on interior or exterior square posts. We can replicate any
existing finial with drawings or a sample, or create any new finial from your design.

Flat caps are typically used on exterior or interior box newels in a variety of layered
forms and designs. Exterior caps should be solid and beveled in order to repel water.
